Booking with SNK Travel
Every booking is customizable to you—the adventures you want to take, the scenes you want to see, and the days that help you recharge and refuel.
Step 1: Inquiry Form
Start by filling out the travel inquiry form. Within 48–72 hours, you’ll receive a call from Kassidy (Hi! It's me!). On this call we will discuss, budget, destination, and expectations. The travel inquiry link is at the top right hand corner or below this section.
Step 2: Quote & Research Fee
Every trip takes time, care, and research to make it truly yours. That’s why I charge a research fee—so I can dedicate my full attention to crafting the adventures, scenes, and experiences you want. It’s not an extra cost added later; it’s the investment that ensures your vacation is intentional, personalized, and worth every moment. Once the fee is paid, your custom quote will be sent within 3–4 business days.
Step 3: Booking Your Adventure
Once you choose the option that fits best, I’ll book everything for you. I highly recommend paying for vacations in full at the time of booking to keep things simple and stress-free.

Every trip is different, and planning fees reflect the time and complexity required to design your experience.
Simple trips—such as a single overnight stay—require minimal planning and are priced accordingly. More involved itineraries that include flights, accommodations, transportation, or multiple components require additional research and coordination, and therefore carry a higher planning fee.
Multi-destination trips may incur a higher fee due to added complexity. However, when your itinerary is planned per night from the start, only one planning fee is collected at the beginning of the process.
All fees are communicated upfront, so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
About Wholesale Pricing
I have access to wholesale hotel and resort vendors, which means no retail markup is added to your booking. This can often result in significant savings—sometimes hundreds of dollars—compared to booking directly.
Because these bookings do not include commission, a research and planning retainer is applied instead. This retainer varies by trip and will be clearly discussed prior to planning. The retainer and booking costs will be two separate charges. One from the vendor, one directly from me. These must be paid in full at time of booking to secure.
